If you are not able to attend a training course after you have been registered and payment processed, we are happy to reschedule you for another training session or exchange for the same value amount on any training within 30 days of your receipt of your purchase. Please email us at info@dpsmd.com to let us know you would like to request credit. There is NO REFUND on training charges.
When requesting a credit on training, please include the following:
1) Course Title and Date
2) A copy of the original invoice
3) Please let me know the reason for your request -- We strive to provide the best possible service and product for all of our customers
